Gunpowder Lodge: A Cozy Dining Experience with Vibrant Flavors

11/26/24 & man did we come back and the food once again, top notch. Whether it's pricing, or the food itself. Don't waste your time at outback, texas roadhouse, don't waste your time at chilis or apple bees. Come right here and have some of the best food around. The steak and potatoes with broccoli is the most recent photo I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Will Def be back.

We've been here a few times prior and saw that they started hosting a brunch buffet. We just had to check it out. $25 a person all you can eat, what a deal. The selection was good and the food tasted great. Prior to today's visit I would have to say I recommend getting their chili - it's delicious!

I can't really fully rate Gunpowder lodge. The menu is fairly extensive mix of choices and I only had the spinach salad which was great, accept I added grilled chicken but the screwed that up over cooked hard and dry. My 5 yr old had the mac& cheese, but the bake the top of it so he never experienced that and didn't like it. The waitress we had was sweet so that was nice. We will try it again and get something else so stay tuned.

This place is amazing! Had a brunch here with some friends and it did NOT disappoint! The brunch buffet is arguably (but not by much) the best buffet in town and the price is just right! The service was top notch and the food was great! There's a lot so come hungry. Parking is ample and ADA. I almost didn't want to write this review to give away this little gem, but I couldn't help it. Kudos to the staff and management of Gunpowder Lodge! I will defintiely be returning and bringing more friends!

Me and my family decided to go here after a hiking trip. Hungry and dirty we stumbled onto this gem. The restaurant was clean and they greeted us warmly despite how we looked . We all ordered the crab pretzel to start and it was DELICIOUS . The rest of the food was just as good and came out fast. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try especially if like me and we're tired of the same chain restaurants with tired food and employees that don't care . Definitely will return .

We had a team party here tonight and it was awesome. Sierra and Maddie were great and really hustled to make everyone happy. We had a great experience here. The Perry Hall Gators thank you! 5 Stars for the food as well. The Crab Cake Sandwich and Beer Cheese Pretzel is a must!

The fries were cut/ peeled in the restaurant and tasted like boardwalk fries. My Husband loved the ribs! I hope they bring a playground back so we can bring the kids. I would also like to see a more diverse kids meal option because the chef seems like they know what they are doing. Nick was our server and he was cool. Edited to add that we came during the week. The chef during the week is really good.

Had lunch with friends here the other day. I've eaten here a few times and it's always good. I wasn't crazy about the tuna nachos this time tho. Color and taste were definitely off. I'll definitely return as they have a nice menu with plenty of other choices.
